Bison Brush LLC Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of StoryChat AI, Math Sheet Prints, the Bison Brush website, and related support communications offered by Bison Brush LLC ("Bison Brush," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or apps, you agree to these Terms.
These Terms apply to:
Bison Brush distributes or plans to distribute its apps through Apple's App Store ecosystem. If an app is paid or offers in-app purchases, those transactions are handled through Apple using Apple's commerce systems. Apple may apply its own terms, billing rules, refund policies, and platform requirements in addition to these Terms.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use our apps on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, solely for your own lawful use and in accordance with Apple's applicable usage rules.

StoryChat AI helps transform conversation material into summaries and story-style output. Even when summaries are produced on-device, generated text can still be incomplete, mistaken, misleading, or poorly phrased. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, sharing them, or using them in professional, legal, medical, academic, or high-stakes contexts.
Math Sheet Prints is designed to help generate educational worksheet materials. You should review generated worksheets, answers, and printouts before classroom, tutoring, or homeschool use.
You retain ownership of content you create or provide through our apps. You grant us only the limited rights reasonably necessary to operate support, business communications, or any service features you intentionally use with us. If StoryChat AI stores or processes content locally on your device, that local content remains under your control unless you choose to export or share it.
The Bison Brush name, website, apps, branding, copy, and original software are owned by Bison Brush LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our products or branding to you.
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue portions of our website or apps at any time. Product availability, supported devices, feature sets, and release timing may change as we continue development and App Store distribution planning.
Your use of our website and apps is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR WEBSITE AND APPS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE PRODUCTS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SUITABLE FOR EVERY PURPOSE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BISON BRUSH LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR APPS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE PRODUCTS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF US $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.
We may suspend access to our website, support channels, or apps if necessary to protect users, comply with law, address abuse, or maintain service integrity. You may stop using our products at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, U.S.A., without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
